Tim served as CEO of Summit Medical for 20 years, growing it into a nationally recognized healthcare company during his tenure. During that period, he developed the state of Tennessee’s first solely physician-owned (PHO) Summit Healthcare Network for obtaining and managing global risk health plan contracts. He also implemented at the time one of the largest hospitalist programs in the country. Tim enjoys innovation and entrepreneurism, and while at Summit, developed several spin-off companies. Tim enjoys home renovation projects, travel, and spending time with his two daughters.
Kimberly has spent two decades advising clients and leading client implementation teams in performance improvement, organization design and development, enterprise innovation, and cultural transformations. With her unique combination of leadership skills and wide-ranging systems design backgrounds, Kimberly has been fortunate to play key roles in a number of entrepreneurial ventures. In her downtime, Kimberly enjoys adventure travel, planning and preparing interesting dinner for friends and family, and watching her son play soccer.
Robb has over 25 years of achievements in leading and inspiring creative and technical teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation. He has comprehensive experience in strategy, design, development, advertising, marketing and communications. When not at work, Robb can be found hanging out with his family or on the pitch coaching his son and daughter’s soccer teams.

Sue has held executive leadership roles in sales, marketing and communications and is a proven leader focused on business development, strengthening relationships and creative problem solving, leveraging her expertise to create a more productive and efficient workplace. In her spare time, she has guided multiple volunteer boards, schools and civic groups, and enjoys travel, biking (bicycle and motorcycle), and spending time with friends and family.
